General Provisions |

|
1- SACC activities are affiliated to the University President or his representative 2- SACC executive regulations shall not be in contradiction with the content of these regulations. Executive regulations shall be approved by the forming university council 3- The General Assembly and the board minutes shall be approved by the University President or his representative 4- In case of dispute arising between the University President and SACC General Assembly or Board, the whole issue shall be forwarded to the University Council whose decision shall be binding and final 5- In case of dissolving the association for any reason, its properties shall be returned to the forming university 6- In case of transferring SACC to another university, all its properties and documents shall be in the possession of the new university 7- The Higher Education Council has the right to interpret these regulations 8- These regulations shall be valid as of the date of its approval 9- The provisions of these regulations shall be applied to the Saudi Association of Community Colleges
